Accredited training address
Per our current QCTO accreditation certificate, our accredited physical training site is:
25 Bullion Blvd, Richards Bay Central, KwaZulu-Natal, 3900
General enquiries are handled from our contact address on the Contact page. QCTO policy requires any change of training premises to be approved by the QCTO before learners are trained at a new address.
How certification works
Milanenkosini Training Academy delivers accredited training and prepares learners for assessment. In line with QCTO policy, occupational certificates are issued by the QCTO / relevant Quality Partner on successful completion of assessment — our academy does not issue certificates directly.
We submit learner information to the QCTO on the required quarterly cycle and are subject to unannounced quality assurance audits by the QCTO, relevant SETAs, or QCTO Quality Partners.
Accreditation status can change. Qualification documents, curriculum information and policy details are published by the QCTO at qcto.org.za and the South African Qualifications Authority at saqa.org.za.
